BBI The Australian Institute of Theological Education – Science and the Bible

We will look at some key texts from the Bible that may feature in teaching about creation and the environment and learn how to read them and interpret them. These texts can be used in the science, social science, and religion classroom to communicate what Catholics believe about creation and care for the environment. We will aim to finds way to better equip teachers to use these texts in these contexts. There will be input from the presenter and opportunities to discuss and share insights and ideas for teaching with other teachers.
