Church governance symposium with international experts

The Implementation Advisory Group (IAG) established by the Australian Catholic Bishops Conference and Catholic Religious Australia is hosting a symposium on Church governance.

Speakers:

• Prof Dr Massimo Faggioli, a Church Historian and Professor of Theology and Religious Studies at Villanova University, Philadelphia, USA;
• Rev Dr Richard Lennan, a Theologian and Professor of Systematic Theology at Boston College, Boston, USA; and
• Prof Dr Myriam Wijlens, a Canon Lawyer and Theologian and Professor of Canon Law at University of Erfut, Erfut, Germany.

The three experts will be in Sydney as part of the external advisory committee of experts for the governance review currently being undertaken by the IAG.
