Good governance and the journey towards integral ecology

This online seminar explores the relationship between good governance and integral ecology, drawing on the insights of Pope Francis in Laudato Si’ (2015) and his recent invitation in the document On the journey for Care of the Common Home (2020) to embark on a ‘7 year journey’
towards sustainability.

Presenters

• Sally Neaves, ISMAPNG Integral Ecology Animator, will explore some developments in theology since Vatican II, the Mercy context, and the 7 goals of the Laudato Si’ Action Platform.

• Chris Hill, ISMAPNG Environmental Sustainability Manager, will present a case study of Mater Health Brisbane as an example of a ministry’s journey towards environmental sustainability.
