The course is jointly operated by Catholic Health Australia and BBI-The Australian Institute of Theological Education. The next session commences March 24, 2020.
Staff across the whole spectrum of positions have completed this program: CEOs, heads of clinical medicine, chief financial officers, visiting medical officers, staff specialists, nurses, people and culture specialists, receptionists and general administration support staff, among others.
One participant wrote after the last session of Decoding the Code:
I’d just like to say thank you to everyone who assisted in creating the course. It was very valuable to me and feedback was very individualised and appreciated. I learned so much and want to learn more.
