Synodal Servant-Leadership in the Particular Church

Pope Francis teaches that synodality is a constitutive element of the Church, an element which is to be found in all the missionary disciples’ interactions and structures on every level – universal, national, and local.  He insists that, at the beginning of this third millennium, God expects the Church to be synodal.  Synodality is not optional.
