MPJP Stewards meet in Sydney

The second State-based gathering of MPJP Stewards took place on Thursday 08 Sept 2022 in Sydney.

The gathering followed the same format as the Perth meeting which was held in June. The guest speaker at the meeting was David Robinson, a founding Trustee at Mary Aikenhead Ministries.

David’s input was well-received and led to some profound reflections on the call and role of MPJP Stewards as lay ecclesial leaders.

The meeting received apologies from the following MPJP Stewards who indicated that other commitments prevented them from attending: Janet Freeman (Mary Aikenhead Ministries), Kerry Brettell (Calvary Ministries), Margery Jackman (Mercy Ministry Companions), Anne Walker (Catholic Healthcare), Greg Baynie (Catholic Healthcare), Loreto Conroy RSM (Catholic Healthcare), Danielle Cronin (St John of God Australia) and Marie Leech (Sophia Education Ministries).
